Identity & Contact - Name, phone, e-mail, address via Website forms, Meta lead ads, consultation bookings.
Property Details - Floor plans, photos, renovation budget, key-collection dates. Uploaded by you or provided during consultation.
Technical Data - IP address, browser type, device ID, referral URLs, cookies via Website analytics, Facebook Pixel

3. Why We Collect It (Purpose & Legal Basis)

We use your personal data first and foremost to prepare design proposals, quotations and project updates, a use that is necessary for us to perform our contract with you. We also rely on our legitimate interests to schedule site visits, consultations and other day-to-day project coordination. If you have opted in to receive marketing, we process your contact details to send newsletters, design tips and promotions on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Technical information such as cookies and analytics is gathered to help us refine our website experience, again under our legitimate interests. Finally, we may retain or disclose certain data when required to meet legal or regulatory obligations.

6. Who We Share It With

7. International Transfers

Some service providers host servers outside Singapore (e.g. AWS). We ensure they meet PDPA cross-border transfer requirements and, where relevant, GDPR adequacy standards.
